The Da Vinci Code

Because of it being a best seller with millions of copies sold and now made into a movie, “The Da Vinci Code” has stirred a lot of interest and controversy.  Though presented as fiction, the book has in the beginning this statement, “All descriptions of artwork, architecture, documents, and secret rituals in this novel are accurate.”  That is not a factual statement.
